Description
This is one of the most important spas in Italy, as well as being a well known holiday resort and a centre of cultural and social events such as conferences, meetings, beauty competitions and various exhibitions. It is situated on the lower slopes of the Parma Apennines in a fertile valley where the River Citronia and the River Chiara converge. It is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday with facilities for sports enthusiasts and cinema and theatregoers. The Poggio Diana, a hill with a park and beautiful views, is on the outskirts of the town and is the traditional place to go to relax and enjoy yourself.
