Hotels in Zlatibor District, Serbia
Zlatibor District is a mountainous region in western Serbia, with cold winters that bring snow from December to March and mild summers with highs around 75 F (24 C). It is famous for the Tornik ski resort, where you can ski or snowboard, and for the Sirogojno ethno village, where you can see 19th-century log cabins and watch locals weave traditional wool garments. In the summer, hike to the Stopića Cave to see its waterfalls and natural pools, or bike along the Lake Ribnica shores; spring and autumn offer fewer crowds and lower prices for accommodation.
